Job description:

As an Invoicing Administrator with 9YNC, you will be responsible for processing invoices, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate billing for our clients. Your duties will include verifying billing information, communicating with clients regarding payment, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. You will work closely with our finance and operations teams to ensure that our billing processes are efficient and effective.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or billing administration, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. You should have excellent organizational and time management skills, be comfortable working with numbers, and have strong computer skills, including experience with billing software. The ability to work independently or as part of a team, strong communication skills, and a customer service-oriented mindset are also important for success in this role.
