Front Of House Concierge

Job description:

As a Front of House Concierge with 9YNC, you will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. Your duties will include greeting guests, managing security access, answering phone calls and emails, and handling administrative tasks. You will be the face of our company, and as such, you will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in customer service, hospitality, or security is preferred, as is the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also have a professional appearance and demeanor, and be comfortable using computer software and office equipment.
